pengen nanya please bos admin...

saya punya kompi baru di format, trus pas saya extract file rar 9.91nya, kok file winbaram-nya bentuknya ga awan2 biru gitu?(malah kotak putih) trus tulisannya pas gw klik : "windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

please bantu yah.. kemaren2 sebelom di format, komputer saya masi awan2 biru winbaramnya...

musti download sesuatu ya buat bisa baca?
